How do I change my order?

Email us at FEEDBACK@IBSCENT.COM within 24 hours of ordering and we'll update it before dispatch.

How can I track my package?

You'll find tracking info in your account page, and we always send a notification when we ship — usually within 24 business hours of the order being placed.

I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email?

Please check your spam folder — emails sometimes land there by mistake. Mark it as "Not Spam" so future updates reach your inbox.

Why was my order cancelled?

Either we tried to contact you about an address or order issue and didn't hear back, or your payment provider flagged the order. Email us and we'll sort it out.
