Non-Returnable Products

Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all perfume purchases are final sale once they have been opened or used. This policy ensures that all customers receive products of the highest quality and integrity.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, we’re here to help. Please contact us at inspbyscent@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for eligible cases.
  • Kindly include a photo of the damaged or incorrect product for our review.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please note that the product must not be opened, tested, or tampered with in any way.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Reason for the return.
  • Photos (if applicable, e.g., damaged items).

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.


Shipping Costs

  2. Incorrectly sent (e.g., wrong product).

In such cases, we will cover the shipping fees or offer a return label.
